XEL-HA PARK FAQ's

Q: I'M ON A CRUISE SHIP - CAN I VISIT XEL HA?
A: Yes! Xel-Ha is on the mainland, so you'll need to ride the passenger ferry over to Playa del Carmen, but once there, our Xel-Ha Express will take you directly to the park, where you can spend the whole day. When it's time to come back, we'll take you directly to the pier. One low price for your whole group, without the hassle of finding a taxi.

Q: WHICH IS BETTER, XCARET OR XEL-HA?
A: There is no answer to this question - both are absolutely wonderful, and we highly recommend both. However, we like Xcaret more for families, as there are more attractions like animals to see, etc. and more activities to keep the kids entertained. Xel-Ha we recommend more for adults, as it's more laid back and with better snorkeling. Xcaret is about a half-hour closer to the ferry pier, so that is something to keep in mind.
