Cruise along the pristine
coastline of the Riviera Maya to a stunning
lagoon where we'll see Mayan Ruins and snorkel
where the tropcial fish cluster as underground
rivers meet the sea.
This is incredible Akumal, where you can enjoy some of the most
beautiful snorkeling in all of the Riviera Maya.
Akumal boasts a protected sea turtle breeding
area so here you have an incredible opportunity
to float in the sea and watch the sea turtles in
their natural environment, swimming and eating
sea grass just a few feet away from you. Often
huge schools of fish are seen in this area too.
A coral reef is very close by where you can
enjoy the beauty of pristine elk horn, sea fans
and many other types of coral and fish.
We'll snorkel in three
different locations, where sea turtles, rays,
and tropical fish abound on the unspoiled reef,
then finish it up with lunch at a local beach
club. This is a fast and furious, but
relaxing and fun snorkeling tour that may be the
highlight of your trip. A truly unique and
exciting day in paradise!
