When you buy a trip called Ultimate snorkling is because you want to snork in the sea. I want to be free to go wherever I want. There were people that never swims in the the sea and this kind of people make the trip terrible to the guides and also for the ones that want go far. My sugestion is to divide the groups so that the ones who realy want to swim can improve the trip.

The boat was packed. Then when everyone was in the water to snorkel, there were too many people. I could not get away from the crowd, since the guides would not let us. Every time I dove down, I had to watch my assent to make sure I did not run into someone at the surface. The boat was good and the main first dive was good too. The second dive did not have much to see except starfish and some fish. The third stop was a waste of time just to get pictures without our masks. Frankly, it was dangerous too getting on and off the stairs in the shallow water with the waves. I would have rather taken some photos on the boat and had more time at the resort. No complaints about the beach resort. The food was pretty good, but we ate really late for lunch. Again, I would have preferred skipping the last stop. The big negative issue to me was that the customer service led me to believe we could take the boat ride back and still get to our cruise ship in time. That was not possible, or even close. We had to take a taxi back, which would have been fine, but we had to pay for it. Other people got free taxi rides back. I would give 3.5 stars out of 5 total.
