Q: DO YOUR DRIVERS SPEAK ENGLISH?
A: Yes, all our drivers are fluent in both English and Spanish for your convenience.
Q: SHOULD I DO A SHARED SHUTTLE OR PRIVATE TRANSFER?
A: It really depends on your budget and group size. For 1 to 2 people, a shared airport
shuttle is very cost-effective, but may include a couple of stops at nearby hotels to drop off or pick
up other guests or a short wait at the airport while other guests board the shuttle. A private airport
transfer costs more for 1 or 2 people, but offers the fastest, most direct way to get your vacation
started and back to the airport. For groups of 3 or more a private transfer is recommended.
Q: CAN I JUST SHOW UP AT THE AIRPORT AND HIRE YOUR TRANSFER THERE?
A: Advance reservations are necessary for our airport transfer service. Inside the airport,
many individuals may approach you claiming to provide transportation to your hotel, but most are
timeshare sales agents. Avoid engaging with them unless you're interested in their sales pitch. We'll
provide clear instructions to bypass this chaos and meet your waiting driver hassle-free.
Q: HOW WILL THE DRIVER KNOW WHERE AND WHEN TO PICK ME UP?
A:
Simply provide us with your flight arrival and departure details during booking. We'll ensure a prompt
pickup from the airport upon your arrival and inform you of the designated time for your hotel pickup
when you're departing.
Q: HOW WILL I FIND MY DRIVER? AND WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
A: After arriving to the Cozumel airport and passing through immigration, follow the exit
path to its end. There, you’ll find a big room where representatives from various airport transfer
companies will be waiting. Look for our representative holding a sign and wearing a company uniform.

Q: I'M STAYING AT A PRIVATE HOME, CONDO OR VILLA. CAN I USE THIS SERVICE?

Certainly, both our
Shuttle Service and
Private Transportation options extend to a wide range of
accommodations, including private homes, condos, villas, hotels, and vacation rentals. Simply specify
your accommodation zone and provide the exact address with the apartment or house number and Villa name
during the booking process.
Q: DO YOU DO TRANSFERS TO OR FROM THE COZUMEL FERRY PIER?
A: Yes. We pick up and drop off at the Cozumel Ferry Pier for guests going to or coming
from the Cancun Airport or going from Cozumel to Playa del Carmen or the Riviera Maya. We also service
the cruise piers or anywhere else on Cozumel. We also offer transfers from the Cancun Airport to Cozumel
hotels including ferry tickets, as well as shared shuttles, or from Cozumel hotels to the Cancun Airport
(CUN).
Q: I HAVE A LARGE GROUP. DO YOU OFFER LARGER VEHICLES LIKE BUSES?
A: Yes. We offer 17-Passenger Sprinters as well as full-size buses for larger groups. We
can also handle your point-to-point transportation and tour needs for groups of all sizes.

Q: DO YOU HAVE CHILD CAR SEATS?
A: Yes, we do, but our honest recommendation is to bring your own from home so that you can
use it anytime you go somewhere, and it is sure to fit the size of your child for maximum safety and
comfort. If you would like us to supply the car seat, you will need to reserve it in
advance. For Shared Transfers, children in car seats are charged the same per-person rate as they
occupy a seat, while with Private Transfers, the seat only needs to fit within the vehicle's capacity.
Infants under 2 years old, seated on a parent's lap, travel free of charge. Please feel free to reach
