Probably the most popular excursion from Cozumel is the eco-archaeological wonderland of Xcaret. This massive 200-Acre park is located south of Playa del Carmen on the mainland of the Riviera Maya. To reach it from Cozumel, you'll just ride the ferry over to Playa del Carmen and catch your tour there. Once at Xcaret, you'll be amazed by all the things to do there!
You'll need at least one full day to see all the amazing attractions that Xcaret offers, probably more! We recommend to stay for the night show as well, it is included in the price of the tour, and it's a fun look at Mayan history and culture. You'll love Xcaret park, it's unlike anywhere else on earth.

It was absolutely amazing. Loved the trip and we used Cancun discounts last time we came to Mexico. The only thing I would mention is on the Xcaret Basic Trip it reads as if the snacks are included and also the bus rep said only snacks. But they are not included you can only purchase snacks so maybe amending the wording so it reads clearly would help. Thanks so much Cancun discounts.

When I initially booked 4 tours, I didn't realize that they'd would be outsourced to different companies.Not a problem, though, since all showed up on time and all transfers went easily.There were only two tours I had problems with, and one was my fault.I got food poisoning during the night and was unable to make the Xel-ha tour the next morning. I tried to e-mail your company to let the driver know I was a "no show", but I don't think the driver got word in time. The second problem was that I got the food poisoning from the cenote lunch on the Tulum/Coba tour. The orange-colored pulled-pork seems to have been the issue. My husband didn't get sick, but he tries to avoid meat in general. Also on the Tulum/Coba tour, the pick-up time of 7:10 is too early, since none of the restaurants in the tourist district open until 8 AM; 7-ish for Starbucks. I would have liked more time at the ruins; would have preferred to skip the cenote since everything there was overpriced or an extra fee. Apparently they changed prices for life jackets and lockers just before we arrived. Not a problem for us, but just seemed dishonest. A pendant I bought cost 75% less on 5th Ave in PDC. Again, dishonest.

Loved Xcaret. Have been there before. Wish the tours were explained better. I got a basic and should have purchased a deluxe with rentals, meals, drinks included. Thank goodness I brought cash with me. Getting from Cozumel on ferry to shuttle sight would have been a nightmare if I didn't speak basic Spanish. No assistance from hotel but luckily I carried everything in backpack. Only suggestion I have is to explain tours better up front. Outstanding service from local company representative when we called him via phone to change dates on tour without a penalty. Love your company in general and will use it again but would like a chat before I sign up.
