Q: I'M ON A CRUISE SHIP - CAN I VISIT CHANKANAAB?

A: Yes! Parque Chankanaab is conveniently located just 9 minutes from downtown, and even less from Puerta Maya and the International Pier. With our dolphin swims, park entrance is included in the price, so you might as well make a day of it!

Q: IS THERE GOOD SNORKELING FROM THE BEACH?

A: There is snorkeling from the beach at Chankanaab. It's not as good as going on a boat out to the main part of the reefs, but it's a fun thing to do while relaxing on the beach.

Q: CAN I USE SUNSCREEN INSIDE THE PARK?

A: Yes, but only biodegradable sunscreen is allowed to protect the ecosystem.
