Discover Cozumel’s Dolphin Connection, an interactive and educational ocean experience that’s both fun and enriching. For approximately 30 minutes, you’ll get to swim with a charming dolphin—enjoy behaviors like a friendly kiss, handshake, swim by, splash, hand target, and even hear their dolphin sounds, all while our marine mammal specialists share fascinating insights into dolphin anatomy and behavior. While you don't get individual connection time like the Royal Connection, you also pay less, so it's a tradeoff. As with all our dolphin swims, entrance to Chankanaab Park is included, so you can enjoy a full day of fun in the sun in Cozumel.
Dolphin Connection Highlights
- Free entrance to famous Chankanaab Park, where you can enjoy the beach and snorkeling before and/or after your dolphin swim (park hours 9AM - 5PM).
- Hug and Shake hands with your dolphin!
- Watch in amazement as the dolphins do tricks and jumps over your head while you're in the water!
- After the swim, purchase a keepsake photo of you with your dolphin, or a video of your actual dolphin swim experience to remember forever!

Kids: Kids with heights between 3'3'' (1m) and 3'11'' (1.20m) can participate if accompanied by 2 paying adults. Those taller than 3'11'' (1.21m) can participate with only 1 paying adult. Kids with heights above 4'7'' (1.41m) can participate alone if they pay full adult price.

OUR ADVICE:
While we still recommend the Royal Connection as the best
overall swim, with the longest time in the water
with the dolphins, this is a very fun way to interact
with them on a budget, or for those who have already
done the Royal Connection previously.

Restrictions: Pregnant women are not allowed to do the dolphin swim.
Location: Chankanaab Park is located about 10 minutes south of downtown, at Km 9.6. Just take a taxi from your hotel or ship pier to the park - very easy.
