When it's time to return to the airport or ferry pier to go home, we'll pick you up at your hotel's front door and return you to the airport or ferry right on time. Our professional transportation service includes an English speaking driver and meet-and-greet service.  No hassles, no worries.

IF YOU ARE COMING FROM THE CANCUN AIRPORT

You will need to take separate transportation to the ferry pier in Playa del Carmen, and ride the passenger ferry over to Cozumel.  Then we can pick you up as you arrive on the ferry from Playa del Carmen and take you to your hotel.  We will then return you there when it's time for you to return home.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE COZUMEL AIRPORT

As soon as you land, you'll need to clear immigration, pick up your bags at baggage claim, and exit customs.  After you press the green button and exit customs, you'll see our driver waiting for you with a sign with your name or the company logo on it. Show him your ticket, and he'll show you to your vehicle and assist you with your bags.  IMPORTANT: Don't talk to anyone else at the airport - they will only try to hook you into a timeshare presentation, not help you.

You'll enter our late-model, air-conditioned van and be transported in comfort directly to your hotel.  No haggling, no hassles, no timeshare traps, just the convenience of pre-arranged transfers.  You'll be dropped off at your hotel lobby, where the bell staff will meet you and assist you with your luggage.

ROUND-TRIP AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE

Your driver will tell you when he drops you off at your hotel what time he will be there to pick you up when it's time for you to return to the Cozumel International Airport.  When it's time to return home, we'll pick you up at the pre-arranged time, help you with your bags, and drive you back to the airport or ferry pier.  Once at the airport or pier, your driver will assist you with your bags.  Please note that the return to the airport will be in a taxi, not a van like on the arrival leg.  The taxi unions in Cozumel block hotel pickup in vans, but we set everything up for your convenience.

Kids:  Kids are the same price as adults if they take up a seat, so if you have a car seat, you will book for the child.  If the child is under 3 years old and will sit on your lap, then they are free and do not need to be booked.  Car Seats are not available, so you will need to bring your own if you wish to have a car seat.
